Users of the Actvo® platform are using the platform to:
- understand themselves better in relation to their strengths, skills, needs, and goals for their career
- develop self-directed learning plans to solve on-the-job challenges (as identified by them)
- develop career growth pathways and plans, by being matched to future working pathways and jobs they are most suited to.
As a result, when a team is using Actvo® in a private secure server enviornment, all their data is segregated and not viewed by any other customers on Actvo®. This enables us to create insight and behavioural reporting on the team that gives information such as:
- team values, personalities and career goals
- current challenges they face, in achieving higher performance on the job
- learning goals & preferences, and preferred learning & development resources
- favoured career 'pathways' and 'jobs' they are interested in pursuing
- skills mapped and gaps identified, to jobs of preference
This becomes highly valuable data for the organisation to inform future cultural and leadership initiaives.
Many managers don't get time to sit down and craft learning and development and career plans with their employees. However they are all generally interested in the needs of their employees and to undertand the patterns and insights that would help them to increase employee engagement, reduce churn, and support higher productivity and performance.
Actvo® has designed an online, real-time reporting dashboard for Team Managers that provides this insight. It means that users of the platform benefit from the privacy of being able to plan their Career independently, and presnt to their manager their personal plans when they are ready. But also Team Managers benefit from having aggregated, anonymised team insights to inform the broader needs.
This is critical, otherwise often un-spoken, un-recorded and un-seen data that is valuable to aid planning.
Users of the Actvo® platform contract directly with Actvo, and as such, they own the data inside their account. If they are being 'sponsored' the product by their organisation however, the contract between Actvo® and their company states that the employer has access to 'anonymised' reporting data on the collective of users. These privacy policies are clearly stated to both employer and employee as part of the onboarding process.
No personal employee data generated on the Actvo® plaform is shared with the employer - only anonymised insight reporting. EG graphs and charts showing trends analysis, and collective insights on patterns of behaviour which may be useful for the sponsoring team leader to use to better develop the culture and systems needed to enable teams to thrive and grow.
No - depending on the 'package' you purchase the data and insights will be different. All Teams using Actvo® do receive activity and completion reporting, but only Teams purchasing the 'Business' plan receive the behavioural insights dashboard (unless by prior request/approval).
