What methodology sits behind the technology and is it proven?

Actvo is an extension of Start Nows proprietary career planning system, pioneered in 2018 by Melissa Jenner. Trained in Human Centred Design & Design your Life at Stanford D-School Melissa designed a methodology for enabling people to self-direct their careers and learn new skills based on the method of “Disover, Design, Act”. This method has since been producticsed through her world-leading masterclass detailing 18 steps to growth, used by 1000s of people world-wide. The methodology has also been taught at AUT and AcademyEX to a range of students, and as an outplacement & career pivoting methodology for large corporations in NZ and offshore.
