Trained in Human Centred Design & Design your Life at Stanford D-School Melissa designed a methodology for enabling people to self-direct their careers and learn new skills based on the method of “Disover, Design, Act”. This method has since been producticsed through her world-leading masterclass detailing 18 steps to growth, used by 1000s of people world-wide. The methodology has also been taught at AUT and AcademyEX to a range of students, and as an outplacement & career pivoting methodology for large corporations in NZ and offshore.
